Since I've been back, I've seen _The Circle_ at ACT, which was well done and fun, with the expected double twist.
And _The Pillowman_ at Berkeley Rep, which was again well done, lots of twists, but seeemd to have as a theme that EVERYONE has a horrible childhood.
Wednesday night, after "jury duty" which will probably consist of a telephone call tomorrow evening, I'll maybe see Pinter's _The Birthday Party_ which should be traumatic. Hm, it's playing for the rest of the month- maybe I'll postpone it.
